The hvac in our room did not work. They moved us to another room. Unfortunately the new room was a long way to move everything, but 2nd room was better. Rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent.

My stay lasted a few minutes. Expedia had given me the booking even though the hotel was already overbooked. The woman at the desk at the hotel could not have been nicer. The customer service person at Expedia? She couldn’t deal with anything outside her script, and her script said I’d canceled and must pay a penalty of one night’s stay (I only reserved one night). Expedia eventually “agreed to waive the penalty.” We’ll see if the refund actually happens.
