Close to the TVA dam, Tim's Ford Recreation area of Cline Ridge including popular fishing spot on top of the dam, Tim's Ford boat ramp and public use area, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Twin Creeks marina, Tim's Ford State Park, golf courses, and more!

Enjoy the kitchen, dining, and living room on the main level.
Upstairs, there is one master suite with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. Enjoy lake views from the bathroom and from the back deck! Also upstairs, is a Queen suite with private full bathroom, and access to the rear deck to overlook the dock as well.
Downstairs in the walk-out basement level, there is a bunk room with 2 Twin XL beds, and a sofa with Twin trundle from West Elm hotel collection. The bunk room has their own full bathroom as well. Also downstairs, is another Queen suite (or secondary master) with private full bathroom. Laundry room is also downstairs.
