-TVA begins pulling the water level down in November to winter level. November-March you will not be able to pull a boat into the slip, but you can still go to the dock and water for activities.

Located in the Cline Ridge neighborhood that is very peaceful. The neighbors are great and it has great water access at this property. We do ask to be mindful of loud music or yelling out of respect for neighbors.

1 bathroom has been remodeled, the other two bathrooms are not updated with a modern look. Please note there is a grassy incline between the home and the dock. You will have to walk up and down the incline to get to the dock and back to the home. The home is an older style cabin and has not been fully renovated.

In the living area downstairs there is a garage door on one wall.
The stairs in the home are original and some step risers may be of slightly different length.

We had a very relaxing stay in a very clean and accommodating house. The view of the lake was lovely, but the walk up and down the yard to the boat dock was challenging for some slightly chunky 50 and 60somethings. I was the only visitor to the hot tub and it was fabulous. So glad it was working and as clean as described. Might need a new pick of the bbq on the porch. Was expecting a gas grill and found a (very nice) Weber charcoal grill. (Be sure to grab some charcoal if you plan on grilling.)Looks like a really great place for a family with kids. Lots of bed space. Mattresses were less than hoped as they were hard and noisy when turning at night. We had friends stay for a night and the queen bed had a plastic type mattress cover and was really noisy. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend.
Relaxing with an adult libation. Such a nice place to deflate and lose stress.
Lots of seating and great views.
Lake view from top deck is wonderful.
Plenty of room to bring the boat.

Perfect getaway

We loved everything about our stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The dock was perfect for fishing (we brought our own gear). The Kayaks and floating Lilly Pad provided hours of entertainment. The hot tub was clean. A large dining table for meals and games. Living room had lots of comfortable seating. The deck was perfect sitting and playing board games when a storm rolled through. The view was great! Property management was very responsive. We will come back!
