The heater in the room constantly blew cold air. We couldn't move rooms because hotel was sold out due to a snow storm. My husband is disabled and the walkway was covered in snow. Nothing was done by staff to try to shovel a path. He almost fell several times. We were there for 3 days and nothing was done to the snow until the day we left

Such a nice hotel! The lobby is so accommodating and clean, the breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and warm. My daughter loved it. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again the price was great

Everything was great with the room, but every single trash receptacle was not just extremely full but overflowing. People were laying things on top outside a nd on the ground. Inside was the same they were never changed while I was there.

Hotel and room were clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and typical of a hotel breakfast. This hotel is easy on and off the highway. The area around the hotel seemed safe.
