No smoking. Please note: No children.. This delightful and spacious holiday apartment has lovely views overlooking Windermere to the fells beyond. Formerly part of a Victorian gentleman’s residence, it is situated in a prime residential area known as Heathwaite, which is on the edge of Windermere village. Furnished and fitted in a contemporary style, to a very good standard, the property offers all the comforts of home. It has its own private entrance up a short flight of slate steps. The location is superb, 10 minutes walk down to Windermere centre and 20 minutes walk to the lake at Bowness where you can enjoy a boat trip. Take one of the many country walks from the doorstep or explore central Lakeland by car. Shop 300 yards, pubs and restaurants 1/2 mile.
