Spacious and comfortable, 1 School Cottages, the former head master’s house, has been thoughtfully prepared for holiday letting, with traditional style furnishings and decor completing the cottage look. No. 1 has a lovely end position and gardens to the front and side from where to take in the fell tops towards Coniston Old Man and the Langdales and a delightful veranda, with seating provided, which is sure to be utilised in all Lakeland weathers. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
