Lakeside 1 is thoughtfully positioned slightly back from Lake Windermere, offering lovely glimpses of the water between the lodges.

It comes fully furnished and equipped for a memorable break at any time of year. A luxurious hot tub awaits, perfect for those lazy days or for soothing tired muscles after a day of adventure.

Step inside to discover a bright and inviting open-plan living space, designed for ultimate relaxation after a day spent exploring the fells. The comfortable lounge area features plush sofas arranged around an electric feature fire and a Smart TV. Patio doors open onto a private, enclosed decking area.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table. The lodge boasts two comfortable bedrooms: a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC, and a twin bedroom. A second family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and WC, is also available.

All gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are provided for your convenience. Private parking is available for one car, and a cot can be provided upon request. The lodge features a secure decked area complete with a hot tub and outdoor dining furniture.



On-site, you'll find a laundrette for guest use, and leisure centre (supplement payable) for access to the park's pool, restaurant, and bar, which hosts live entertainment throughout the season.
