The property overlooks Queens Park towards the Lakeland fells beyond, is conveniently placed for the community store and is within easy reach of the many amenities available both in and around the village.

The well proportioned accommodation briefly comprises of an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, breakfast kitchen, and shower room to the ground floor and three bedrooms (feather bedding) and a bathroom on the first floor.

Outside offers a patio garden to the rear and off road parking to the front.
