Staff is great-very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are always so clean. This is the only hotel we ever stay at when we visit Windsor because it has everything we need. Great food options, lovely staff, conveniently located, and great entertainment options. The only thing missing is an in house spa-which would be the icing on the cake!
