The breakfast was good and staff were friendly The carpet and rooms could be cleaner the furniture is scuffed and chipped The wall paper is ripped and the lamp had a tear in it and there was a fly in our room

We were able to check in with ease, staff were great, room was clean, just wish they had an elevator. Then we left to go to a concert, came back to hotel around midnight and found a house centipede in our bathroom. It freaked us all out. We asked the front desk for help, they came to kill it, however it was hiding behind the mirror and not wanting to come out. We decided to leave as this wasn’t gonna be comfortable. We drove 4 hours home, and slept all day. We got a call from the supervisor and they indeed refunded my whole room, please gave me extra points and a future discount to hotel. They went above and beyond

Comfy clean beds fairly quiet room breakfast had the usual hotel offerings with some hot and cold options. Pool and hot-tub not functioning which is a shame since they look like they could be a good facility. Area around back units of property needs tidying up grass over grown etc and paint coming off some of the doorframes. All in all a good stay. Good value for the price. Would stay again.
