Stayed 2 nights. We had issues with a loud heating unit that also was streaming cold air from under the unit. Maintenance came in without knocking and took it apart but really did nothing and didn't even block out the cold air which they said they would come back to do. We had to stuff towels under the unit but it still came on every 5 minutes all night very loudly.

The staff 100 percent! Had an issue on my end with a booking error. Expedia and Hampton in were in action. The front desk at the hotel made the stay stress free. Very much recommend this hotel. Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast Pet fee is quite high. Shouldn’t be an extra charge unless there is some sort of damage to room from the pet. Have a small, friendly dog that is never in the room except when we are there sleeping. $75 plus tax is excessive
