Set within a peaceful gated holiday park beside the River Thames and the Royal Windsor Racecourse, the lodge offers a relaxing base close to Windsor Castle, The Long Walk, LEGOLAND, Windsor town centre’s shops, cafes and restaurants, and central London links.

Inside, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area creates a sociable space to cook, eat and unwind, with large windows and doors framing the water and allowing natural light to pour in. Two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms make the lodge perfect for couples, small families, friends or business travellers looking for a calm, well-connected stay in Windsor. Allocated parking, Wi‑Fi, Smart TV and marina-side walks complete the experience.

Style and layout: A newly updated, Scandi-influenced lodge with clean lines, light tones and thoughtful touches throughout, arranged around a sociable open-plan living, dining and kitchen space.​

Kitchen and living area: Fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of workspace and dining table, flowing into a comfortable lounge with seating and a feature fireplace for cosy evenings by the water.​

Bedrooms: A main bedroom with its own private ensuite shower room, plus a second twin bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests for families, friends or two couples.​

Bathrooms: In addition to the ensuite, there is a separate main bathroom, giving each bedroom convenient access to its own facilities.​

Outdoor space: A private terrace directly overlooking the River Thames and Windsor Racecourse, perfect for morning coffee, sundowners or watching the changing light over the marina.​ Being right on the waterfront, the terrace is a lovely spot for a bit of casual wildlife watching, especially at quieter times of day. From here, people have seen a variety of birds and friendly ducks pottering around the water, and every now and then a pheasant or even a baby deer has been spotted nearby. While these moments can make a stay feel extra special, wildlife is unpredictable, so sightings can never be guaranteed.

Practicalities: On-site parking for up to two small to medium cars, or one long vehicle right next to the lodge, Wi‑Fi (200MBPs) and central heating, making the lodge suitable for breaks at any time of year.​

Guests enjoy full, private use of the entire lodge, including all rooms, bathrooms and the riverside terrace, for the duration of their stay. Access is via the secure marina park gate, with allocated parking at the lodge.

The on site restaurant, Gogos is a short walk across the marina, and popular dining spots are within a short drive to Windsor Town centre.

Children are welcome but must be closely supervised on the terrace and around the unfenced water’s edge.​

There are 3 EV charge points in the main Marina car park - please enquire with the Marina office upon arrival for access.

Mooring for boats is generally not included with the lodge stay and, if needed, should be arranged separately with Windsor Racecourse Marina.​
