The room was fairly clean and very spacious. The lady who checked me in at the front desk was super friendly and check in was easy. Plenty of towels, all tv channels worked, parking was easy. The only complaint was that the heating unit in the room needed some maintenance, but overall it was a comfortable stay for the price.

Badly in need of new carpeting. I suggest going to laminate flooring. TV never did work right. Not operable by remote; was able to watch one channel. Sound had to be controlled from small panel hidden on the left of the back of TV. Plenty of hot water. What a blessing; despite kinks I was treated very well and for my needs I have no complaints; and I will be back; it is worth mentioning that the gas station next door has an excellent convenience store with fresh reasonably priced salads etc.

The tv didn't work about a hour after we called the front desk and I called again and finally someone came down and unjusted the volume on the back of the tv and she turned it on that way the remote didn't work the nightstand needed a good cleaning and the mattress had linen stuff on the mattress so we had to take the sheets off and clean it so there wasn't lumps in it and then i told the front decsk in the morning and she rolled her eyes st me

When I arrived to my hotel room and used the key and opened the door for the first time, there was a couple and a man with no shirt on in the room. Also, the tv didn’t work. I wake up early and watch the news so this was very disappointing. When I called she said they got new tvs and most the remotes don’t work. Then shouldn’t you tell us that at check in so we can tell you if we need an tv or not?? Also the heater makes an annoying squeaky sound. Horrible stay.

Staff was Friendly. Bathroom shower stained . Bathroom walls and edges water damaged. No hot water and warm only lasted half a shower. Entire room old and worn. Would not Reccommend staying there.

We came here with a wrestling team and 7 rooms. The young lady that checked us in was excellent.The rooms are very rough. Clean enough I guess, but this hotel needs a complete remodel. Its a 1 star motel at best. Many other motels in Winnemucca that would be way better.

Front desk was amazing She was new and did a really good job taking care of us. I think housekeeping needs to step up a bit. Found candy wrappers in the floor. At least they could have left the peanut butter cups. The unit was older and a little update would help. But overall it was an acceptable place to stay the night
