This hotel is unsafe and the rooms are not clean. The staff were very accommodating in giving us a second room but unfortunately we still had to ask for a refund and leave. I would not recommend staying here.

Staff was good however the place wasn’t clean and very noisy all night we flew out at 5:00 am and wanted a good night sleep and the family and I were kept up all night with people yelling and running the halls 😢

The man at the front was miserable which everyone is allowed to have an off day. The pool and hot was closed and we didn’t know until we were in swim suits pulling on the door . I’m also looking for my receipt they told me I can’t have it at front desk.
