More like a 2 star hotel

It was really busy. Overall condition felt poor. The elevator was constantly broken. Even as we were checking out the front automatic door got stuck and people were sitting and waiting. Finally a random guy opened it up. The pool was small and taken over with a big choir group who all decided to sing really loud. It would've been nice if staff said something to them as other people might want to enjoy the pool as well. I specifically looked for a pet friendly hotel. This one charges an extra $30 per day plus tax. I was debating on this hotel and comfort inn. This one was more expensive and not as nice to previous comfort inns ive stayed at. So im a little dissapointed spending more money for less quality. The cleanliess of hotel was fine.

It was horrible! We choose to stay here because our stay at The Best Western has always been great but this time it wasnt. Whoever was in charge of this one particular hotel definitely did not even attempt to try to meet other Best Western standards. The room was filthy, didnt even want to take shoes off or sit on the bed, tv remote was sticky, microwave was dirty...there was mouse traps literally in the hallway....long story short we did not end up staying and left to go stay at another hotel.

It was not the worst, but not the best

Beds were comfortable and overall okay stay, however, there was a smell in the room that would not go away and was very noticeable. View was not great, a lot of pigeon feces. Housekeeping did not replace room with fresh towels or make the beds during our 2-day stay. Friendly staff.
