There are wheelchair accessible rooms, (even a hoist frame! ) yet the pool and hot tub are up some stairs!!! Very disappointing! I was looking forward to swimming yet I can't because I use a wheelchair and the pool isn't accessible to me. Please remedy this immediately!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for the breakfast which was excellent. Good quality, poached eggs were right on, quick and friendly service in the restaurant. They have an amazing childrens area at the pool for paying guests.

All was very good. I especially like the absorbency of the towels. Unfortunate that a pair of my shoes went missing from the room. Inquired from "lost and found"; however, the shoes were not located. I am hopeful that the shoes will be found.

Great hotel

Comfortable beds with different pillow choices in my room which I appreciated. Restaurant was good and staff were friendly. There are fish in the elevator as well as along the walls to the left of the front desk which I thought was pretty cool.
