Was a nice place to spend a few days, was at a conference, only 5 min drive to rbc centre.
It was perfect for our family! Clean, comfortable house.The fenced backyard was nice for our dog. The home was located in a quiet part of the city and was conveniently located to many of the popular attractions in Winnipeg (The Forks, Human Rights museum, etc.)
House is as described. Located in very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked in terms of small appliances, dishes, pans etc. Backyard with a fence was definitely a nice bonus for us with us having our dog. Would definitely stay again!
I need to have a complete receipt with all taxes fees etc listed accurately. Thank you very much

Good neighborhood within walking distance of shopping, groceries and coffee shops. Adequate kitchen. LIVING ROOM NEEDS SOFT LIGHT ON END TABLE. ALSO NEEDED ARE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TV , WASHING MACHINE, KEY OR ADDITIONAL DIGITAL LOCK ON BACK DOOR AND GARBAGE PICKUP. A FEW SHELVES IN BATHROOM WOULD BE HELPFUL AND LANDSCAPING WORK IS NEEDED BADLY. LUCY W.
The home was bright and clean. The furniture was a bit uncomfortable but we were never home long enough to enjoy. The TV was smart but we were not. Regular local TV would have been nice for news. The yard was fenced which was great for my two small lap dogs. I would come again if I needed the space.
The property was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to The Forks area and local running/walking trails. There were five of us with devices and we had no issues with all of us being on the internet at the same time. The upstairs tenant was also very quiet. The curtains in the bedrooms and bathroom were pretty thin so it made sleeping past sunrise difficult and we hung an extra towel over the curtain rod in the bathroom for additional privacy. We were unfamiliar with using the washer/dryer machine and having simple directions available would have helped take some of the guesswork out of using it.
