Okay, for the last maybe 10 years whenever I travel to Winnipeg I've been staying here. It's next to the airport, it's not far from my customers so in that respect it's convenient For dining you need to drive but by now I know where to go so that's okay for me but if I was someone looking for a place for one or two nights and unfamiliar with Winnipeg, I would not recommend it. A couple things caught me out this time. 1. New ownership and that brings changes, no disrespect but it's changed 2. At what point did room maid service become an option? I've been staying at Hotels and Motels for 60 years and I never had to request maid service. It's part of what you pay for when you book a room, right? If maid service is to become optional for the hotel then there should be a discounted rate if you don't require or want maid service. The pandemic allowed the Hotels to get lazy, and I don't care for it.

We love the building the cleanliness the very friendly staff they were amazing to my three year old and 5 year old the food was great the staff that took care of the food were amazing and friendly and very helpful. Problems we had door into our room was very squeaky and loud one thing I would like to see is an end table on the other side of the bed so I can plug in my phone instead of it laying on the floor. They also had a night light in the bathroom which I really liked. I did notice more hotels are switching over to refillable bottles which I'm not a fan of because you don't know what the people have done to them before you have come to that room. But that's not against the hotel that's all hotels hotels.
