The entire hotel had a dirty odour to it. I think it was from the staff ! Carpets are dirty. Shower , tubs are very small. Bathroom sink plugged , would not drain. Had to call for services . The attention to details on cleanliness. Is very poor.

We were disappointed that the Executive Suite we reserved was not available. We discovered this upon room entry. Staff did give us a rate reduction. I understand that things happen but we should have been told initially or in advance. Also we found the hotel had been taken over by kids hockey teams and renovations were going on. It would been nice to have been aware. Anyway staff was friendly. Though we are long time Hampton customers we may give a different hotel a try next time.
