This property was housing residents displaced from the fire. I obviously have no issues with that. What I do take issue with is the level of noise, garbage just thrown on the floors, kids and teenagers screaming and running all over and slamming doors at all hours. I watched staff at the desk just standing there in the lobby as one kid was banging loudly on the fish tank while adults were stretched out lying on the lounge area eating chips and throwing the bags on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I ended up booking another hotel and left this one.

Very clean, well kept hotel. My room was bright and comfortable. Air conditioning unit was a bit noisy but wasn’t a big deal. Walking distance to Forks Market and downtown was a plus. Would stay again.

The hotel was lovely, I enjoyed my stay. The only couple of items I noticed was it was a bit of a ghost town, some sketchy people wandering around. About a 17 minute walk to city attractions like the public market, Winnipeg sign, etc.
