One concern which would have made this a 5-star was the parking and plug-in availability. I called ahead and enquired specifically about block-heater plug-in availability and was told no problem. We arrived and it was portrayed to us whether it was actually possible. They had us park in the beer store parking beside the hotel, it was like an after-thought, wasn’t totally onboard with parking our truck away from the hotel. This should be portrayed to customers up front on initial phone calls. This in my opinion would have made break-ins a-lot easier if it was going to happen.

Booked a king size bed and had confirmation from hotels.com but once we arrive we were given a room with two queens as there was no kings left but they explained they would not charge us anymore as it was their fault No free breakfast offer or anything

At present the parking lot, which was already way too small, is unavailable as they are adding new rooms. So you have to park next door at the beer vendor. Will be even worse with new rooms added and less parking.
