Nicely furnished and clean. The staff at check in were slow, grumpy and not very helpful. Considering they are the face of the business the check in staff should be friendly and helpful and knowledgeable but they were NOT.

Everything was good in our opinion. The only downfall was parking. The park off the north is questionable as it’s in the same area as a beer store and off on its own. Very vulnerable to questionable people as I fought one guy drugged out trying to steal my hitch.

The shower area was not cleaned out. Due to the slippery area, my daughter was hurt because she fell down in the shower. Her back was scraped from the rack. When she was able to get her strength, she went to the front to ask for ice. The staff just directed her to the kitchen because she was not wanting to bothered because she was on her personal phon.
