This little gem of a hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff, room, and property were all excellent - well-maintained, welcoming, and comfortable. I chose it because it was near a more expensive hotel where I was attending a conference, and it turned out to be a fantastic find. The location was perfect: affordable, convenient, and within walking distance of everything I needed, including The Forks Market and the Human Rights Museum. The included hot breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options, and it varied from day to day, which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was good,staff was good and also location. Price was ok but morning breakfast was not good and it was one of the main reasons we booked there and excepted the room costs. We would go back if local to the reason for our visit but cost must be better or an improvement of the breakfast

No problem with the hotel which I booked as it was near the train station. There are a lot of buildings nearby but the only restaurants I could find either closed after lunch or were bars. No shops close by either

Staff was great. Located close to The Forks and great walkable score. Very noisy because of constant trains and traffic. We didn’t mind but noise may be an annoyance for some. And property is old although very clean and maintained. Beds aren’t upgraded. Fine but not comfortable for a longer stay. And nice that breakfast was included!

Had to change rooms twice the 1st night alone because the toilet got clogged in the 1st room (which couldn't be fixed cause it was "after hours"), then in the 2nd room the kitchen faucet wouldn't turn off. In both rooms there was also the same problem w/ dirty water coming from the bathroom faucets. The 3rd time was the charm at least & there were no issues w/ that. The place could desperately use an update in terms of physical internet infrastructure too as in USB ports to put stuff into. The parking lot also needs resurfacing. Furthermore, they let a $-grubbing cult use their meeting room which left me very unhappy.
