Had a great stay. Extremely disappointed we were never told that we were entitled to free breakfasts! If that was the case, we were overcharged at least $100.00 C. Because we bought breakfasts. Hottest shower temperature was just warm In room food item for purchase had its packaging slightly open Hallways very cold Had to report an old room service plate with some dry leftover food on it that was left on the bench outside the elevator on my floor. Even after I reported it it was not removed until the next day. Restaurant breakfast menu had no lighter options like fruit or yogurt. Restaurant service was quite slow.
