The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The room had a leaking toilet and absolutely no hot water. The room had stains on the table from the previous people because they obviously could not even wipe down a table. The location is also awful. You can hear the crackheads in the middle of the night at the street corner and the grass area across the road and they wake you up from tweaking out. AVOID THIS ABSOLUTELY CRAP HOLE OF A NASTY MOTEL.

It wasn’t, I asked the hotel front desk clerk for a refund. The hotel pictures were deceiving. The room was not clean… the beds were slept in, it looked like pple had slept in them. I was shocked. I want a refund. I am costumer of hotel.com
