Bugs found in bed

Two bugs were found on the pillows and one found in the bed. The bugs were small and did not look like bed bugs but did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed and used the pullout to sleep on. Other then the finding of the bugs the rooms were very clean and well maintained.

The room was nice but as with many older properties, the bathroom has seen better days. Quite noisy at times - lots of thumps and bumps and noisy vehicles in the parking lot.

We checked in fine, our room had stains on carpet in few areas looked like blood possibly. Alarm started going off and it was unreal, the loud sound was crazy loud, lasted 20 minutes or more. the sink in bathroom had a crack through it. No water pressure in the shower, was very disappointed in the room overall.

This was the cleanest hotel I have been to. I lift the mattress to check for critters and there wasn't even a piece of lint under the mattress. Will definitely stay there again!

The pool is too dark, maybe add more lighting to the pool. The whirlpool was not working too. The room is nice but the light is too dark too and it kept flickering.
