Unusually unclean

Usually spick and span but cleanliness is off this time. Dusty tables and curtains. French fries in the AC grill not removed. Pool did not have towels. Front desk was called requesting same but nobody came to bring towels in the rack. Not sure if it is normal for pool to be cloudy but don’t remember this in the past stays.

We booked the under the sea room and it was great for our family of 5. I appreciated the staff getting back to me to tell me they did not have cots so we could change our plans. I also liked the reusable dishes at breakfast. The staff were doing a great job dealing with fire evacuees from up north.

The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the breakfasts. I stayed for six days, and scrambled eggs were the choice every morning, 1 morning bacon, other 5 days were sausage
