Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, unpleasant odour in the room, along with dirty bedding. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

We didn’t end up staying at the property as the room we were given had two doors and the one at the back end, the deadbolt didn’t lock. I felt it wasn’t a safe scenario for two women and three children, especially situated so close to a major highway. The rooms were very dated but as far as I could tell, they were clean. The only other room they had available was on the second floor and there was no elevator. The manager was very understanding about my safety concerns and didn’t hesitate to refund us. The kids were sad to leave as the pool and slide looked fun.

The lobby carpet was very stained & dirty.Limited eating excpecialy for children.There was only a bar/restaurant. Very noisy with doors slamming, rooms are diffenently not sound proof.Contential Breakfast was Ok but did not see 1 staff member working or restocking the breakfast area ?? Will not book here again

The bathroom is big and clean. The property is very old. Not recommend if you have many luggages as no elevator, unless they can arrange ground floor room.

Breakfast was actually very nice. The staff person kept the area so tidy and clean. Kudos to her. Bed comfort, not so much. Every time I moved the plastic covering crackled and it was not comfortable at all. The bathroom toilet area had old pee stains on the floor below the toilet. All corners and surfaces are dusty from not being deep cleaned in a long time. Smoking area outside was under my window. So chatting in the late night out there was a bit annoying. Staff were very responsive though.

The staff was very nice. Unfortunately, we checked in late and were given a rather dreary room. We had the room next to the security door; it overlooked a parking lot and we heard the metal security door banging all night. The rooms near the pool seemed better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a waffle maker which our kids loved.

Nice place to stay

- beds are super comfortable - free breakfast is nice - things are getting a little shabby post-pandemic (common for many hotels) - We always feel well looked after there!
