My partner and I had a long day of travelling. We hoped to sleep peacefully afterwards but couldn’t. The sound proofing in the rooms was horrible so we heard every noise there was. The smoker detector was directly over our heads shining a light in our eyes. Made it impossible for my partner to sleep. This was our second stay in a week so we were impressed with the service much better than our previous stay. However the lack of sleep and the poor condition of the room was upsetting. I would not recommend our room. I would like to mention the room from our previous stay was pretty standard for a hotel room and didn’t really warrant any complaints. The service issues was probably just a new employee figuring it out.

I liked the fact that you had to scan your room card to access the floors in elevator before you could go up i didnt like the fact that when i was leaving and needed a shuttle that there was nobody at front desk or even anyone around so i took a cab
