The first level boasts a modern kitchen, a functional office space, and an inviting open-concept area that combines the living room and dining space. This floor also includes a convenient laundry room and a guest-friendly half bathroom, all centered around an entertainment setup with a 52-inch TV. Moving to the second level, guests will find comfort in three cozy bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen-size bed and a 42-inch TV equipped with Roku for endless streaming options. Comfortable Townhome

This was our first time in Winston Salem to drop our son for college and the location of this townhouse was perfect. It’s close to the university. The place is very cozy and clean. It was perfect for our family of 4. I loved that there was a tv and ceiling fan in each room. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a work conference and didn't want to stay in an over-priced hotel! This house was in a great location, within 15 minutes from downtown WS and close to many local restaurants. The house was very clean, updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days! The parking situation was great, we had 3 cars and there was plenty of space! The neighbors were friendly, the neighborhood was nice, and felt very safe the whole trip! Only downside was, we struggled to get the front door locked and unlocked from the outside, seemed like there was an issue with the keypad! Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and I would stay here again!

Lovely accommodations and wonderful hosts!

We were not able to get a hotel for Family Weekend at Wake Forest and found this condo instead. We could not have been happier! The accommodations were well-appointed, clean and very well thought out for guests. It could not have been easier or more pleasant. Townhome in an attractive, safe location near stores and restaurants. We were three couples in town for a Wake Forest football game. Perfect set up with three queen bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to book, owners very responsive, easy check in and out. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT STAY HERE

Can’t give an accurate rating other than zero stars because our host double booked this property despite us having booked a year in advance (which VRBO confirmed) and we were left with no where to go as most everything in Winston Salem was booked for college graduation. The host was not helpful or apologetic.
