My stay was great, my room exceeded my expectations and the view of the lake was beautiful. The only issues that i had was how you can hear everything from outside through the glass, at night i would hear the police sirens and trucks, in the morning i could hear people yelling! Another issue that i had was how there would be people homeless people in the hotel lobby grabbing tea or just sitting down, they didn’t bother me what so ever but for the safety of kids who go to play in the pool or women who are traveling alone it wouldn’t make anyone feel safe, i run a restaurant myself and have this issue as well sometimes but for the comfort of my customers and their children i can’t have someone homeless in there making families feel uneasy, But other than that my stay was amazing!

Good stay with some bumps along the way

The alarm clock woke me at 6am, that should have been disabled prior to new customer. Shower floods the room, i used all my towels to sop it up. Front desk had someone deliver new clean towels but they left the soaked ones behind.

Clean property with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast in the morning was awesome (adding gloves for guests to use for serving would be a plus). Breakfast area was very clean with adequate seating. Rooms were also very spacious. Hoping management keeps this place in great condition for years to come.
