This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers plenty of space and accommodates up to 6 guests. Located on the Resort Amenities deck in Winter Park, Colorado, with Hot Tub, Gas Grill, lounge chairs, tables and gorgeous patio with incredible view of the mountains and ski hill. Fireplace makes for great relaxation after a day on the mountain.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a delightful retreat for all seasons. With its generous size, it provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment. The living area is designed to be comfortable and inviting, with tasteful leather furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. The living room fireplace makes for great relaxation after a day on the mountain. Whether you want to soak in the hot tub or simply bask in the sun on the lounge chairs, this deck has it all. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains add an extra touch of serenity to your experience. Please be aware the amenities deck, including hot tubs and grills was/is under construction for Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe. There may be loud construction noise while hot tubs replacement project is completed. The construction crews will be working 6 days a week from approximately 7AM-7PM. The booking prices during this time are reflective of hot tub/amenities deck closure and construction discount. No further discounts or refunds will be given related to hot tub closure/construction. If you wish to cancel, you will need to do so within 24-hours of creating the booking or within the cancellation period window in order to receive a refund. If you have any questions, please message us.
*Regarding Reopening/Access to the Amenities Deck:
- Founders Pointe is complete as of the first week of February 2025! [Guests from both buildings may access & use the amenities deck.]

Download The Lift Rider App to see departure and arrival times of the bus and destinations. Local Amtrak service is available at different times of the year in Winter Park and Fraser.

During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Elevations by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.
