Tucked away near the Fraser river, this second floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect place to make a fire and relax after a long day of skiing. Located in downtown Winter Park, it is a convenient walk to downtown to grab a bite to eat, or get some takeout from the surrounding bars and restaurants. With enough room to accommodate up to four guests, this condo can be inviting to an adventurous family of four or a quaint retreat for a couple of two with the free ski shuttle stopping just feet away from the doorstep. While enjoying the serene peacefulness of the Fraser river right outside your door, you can sip coffee on the deck or enjoy a healthy breakfast cooked from the full kitchen at the breakfast bar. Put your feet up and relax while watching your favorite show or sneak away to the bedroom for some solitude and space.

When your legs are tired from ripping bumps on the Mary Jane side, the brand new Hi Country Haus Recreation Center is just steps away. Soak your muscles in the indoor heated swimming pool or slip into one of the two indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Dry off and enjoy a quick round of pool while the kids play in the playroom just steps away from you, or get a workout in enjoying the fitness room. End your evening with a show on the large flat screen TV or hop on the computer and use the printer to get ready for the fun day ahead. The owners are great! We have stayed in this condo many times & appreciate the mountain view, closeness to the river and especially the access to bike trails. Rec center is a huge bonus, hot tub & pool are super clean & well maintained.

Wonderful weekend getaway

A wonderful weekend getaway condo. Perfect for two. Great location facing the Fraser River and easy walk or drive to downtown Winter Park. We enjoyed the easy access to the trails and rec center. It was super quiet and serene while we were there. Easy check in and great communication with property owner. We would definitely stay here again.

On the river

It was a great location for fishing the Fraser river. To bad it was windy and even snowed over memorial day weekend. Great place for the price, close to shops, tubing hill and skiing diring the season.

I had a great stay at Jessica's place! It was super comfortable, had everything I needed, and was quiet. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The location is great and is central to downtown Winter Park. Jessica is very responsive and really cared about my stay. It was a great overall experience!

Winter Park Experience

For our Wedding Anniversary, we were wanting a peaceful getaway in a mountain setting with a stream nearby and we found it. Although we were in town, it felt secluded right on the Fraser River. The weather was beautiful.
