Welcome to our 5 bedroom luxury town home located directly across from the Winter Park Ski Resort. This well appointed Townhome provides convenience, fabulous views and wonderful accommodations.

On the main level you will discover 2 beautifully appointed king bedroom suites, each with TV, walk-in closets and full baths. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared full bath with tub and shower. On the lower level is a great bunk room providing 1 twin over full bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. TV/DVD and full bath. Bring your X-Box or favorite gaming devices and plug them right in. Popular board games provided to add to the family fun. Lots of great living space on 3 levels - sleeps 12.
End a glorious day of skiing or hiking by relaxing in the large, private hot tub overlooking the slopes and under the stars. Our townhome is minutes from the national forest and all the trails it has to offer. The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, smart cable TV, DVD and amazing mountain views. Warm yourself by the fire and catch a football game or simply enjoy quiet music in the beautiful mountains that surround you.
The kitchen will please any gourmet, well equipped with most all appliances and the dining table is great for large group seating. A gas grill on the deck is great in any season. Would you like groceries to be waiting - that service is available to you. Shuttle is across the street for the ski resort or into town. Whether your group is many or few - you will love the features of this home away from home. Laundry room with washer and dryer, ski storage in the heated garage and free wireless internet provides you with everything you'll need for the perfect Winter Park vacation! Parking is only allowed in the driveway and garage. The HOA charges a $300 fine for parking on the side of the street, passed on to the renter.
There is overflow parking on the left when coming into Lakota on Lakota Trail.
Community quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
