Unique and beautiful one bedroom efficiency condominium at Founders Pointe located on the 4th floor, the only one bedroom with a compact washer/dryer combo unit just inside the entry. The condo has a king size bed and sofa sleeper in the living area.
Parking note:

*Summer Free (one car per condo)

*Winter $21/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned parking.
