Remodeled Ski In/Out Condo.

Newly remodeled ski in/ski out studio at Iron Horse Resort. You can literally walk from our condo to the slopes in 60 seconds. 2min to Trestle bike park in the summer. This well maintained STUDIO sleeps 4 guests.Very well laid out space features a king size Murphy bed that converts to a couch when the bed is down. And a twin size trundle bed. This is the only king bed studio condo at Iron Horse. Gas fireplace, fully stocked granite kitchen with matching stainless steel appliances and a full bath.

The space
Our condo is on the 4th floor. To get to the slopes you walk out the unit to the elevator or stairs (10 steps) and go to the fifth floor. Turn right out the elevator and walk to the end of the hall. There are ski storage closets there to store your skis. Grab your skis and walk out the door and go up the stairs to the slopes (30 seconds). From Iron Horse you can ski down to the Gondola which will take you to the top of the resort. Same concept for bikes in the summer, you can bike down to the Tresle bike park.

To get back to Iron Horse you need to ski down Mary Jane past the Iron Horse Lift right back to our condo (30 to 60 seconds past the lift). Throw your skis in the closet and walk the 30 seconds back to the condo on the fourth floor. If you are the bottom of the resort and do not want to ski down, there is a bus (3 minute ride) that takes you directly to Iron Horse every 20 minutes.

Internet and cable tv are included.

To checkout of the condo...just load the dishwasher and take out the trash.

During your stay you have access to the Indoor/Outdoor Pool, two hot tubs, a brand new workout room, Ski Closets, bike storage , Game room, an outdoor firepit and BBQ grills. There is also free garage parking during your stay. There is also a ski shop in Iron Horse on the first floor of our building.
Other things to note
The condo has been updated as of Fall of 2022. We put in granite, brand new stainless steel appliances, awesome luxury vinyl floors, a new fire place, and a king size murphy bed.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, ski-in/ski-out access, and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and an elevator are also featured at this condo.

This Winter Park condo is smoke free.
