Furthermore, a private deck acts as an additional space for relaxation and enjoyment of the surroundings; located on the third floor of the building, it ensures peace without interruptions from upper-level units. Please be advised that there is no air conditioning.
Guests will value the tastefully renovated kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, newly installed hardwood flooring, and cabinetry. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, enabling the preparation of delightful meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, generous space, a flat-screen TV, and a modernized bathroom that showcases granite countertops, new cabinetry, and updated flooring.
Building 20 is situated at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, conveniently within a short walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps away from the complimentary town shuttle stop.

Our stay was great. I did message host on last day as I had trouble with the pull out couch and injured myself, and got no response as of yet. It is a large property with I assume many amenities, which we did not use. Perhaps as it is not the busy season they are not as prompt with reply's. Just there for a long weekend visiting our daughter.
