This first-floor apartment offers a comfortable stay with a balcony that provides scenic views of Niedersfeld. The living room includes a cozy seating area with two sofas, a chair, a coffee table, and a smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

The kitchen is enclosed and comes fully equipped with a four-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The bedroom features a double box-spring bed (160x200 cm), two bedside tables, and a wardrobe. A cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair are available for families with young children.

The bathroom includes a spacious shower with a glass screen, a toilet, and a washbasin with a mirrored cabinet. A private parking space for one car is also provided.
