This beautiful and comfortably furnished 2 bedroom apartment is located in Winterberg, in the district Hildfeld, a holiday paradise for nature lovers.
The world-famous Winterberg bobsleigh run and the entrance to the largest ski area north of the Alps, the Winterberger Skiliftkarussel, can be reached within a few minutes by car. You can expect sportive downhill runs, but also toboggan runs and easy high-altitude trails are part of the ski paradise Winterberg.
Other highlights include the Bikepark and the Hillebachsee for swimming, water skiing or wakeboarding, the climbing forest on the adventure mountain cap and the Panorama Adventure Bridge. The golf course, about 12 km away, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. For kids there is a football field in front of the house, a summer toboggan run in Winterberg, a petting zoo at the Snow White house, a nature trail, various swimming pools, the fun park Fort Fun and much more.
In every season you can experience the unique nature, because the trails (Hochheideweg, Rothaarsteig) run almost behind the house.
With fantastic views of the typical Sauerland countryside you can relax in this apartment. If you come from the hiking or the ski slopes, enjoy the tranquility - a small selection of books and cozy blankets await you.

The 43 m² apartment is located on the mezzanine (7 steps) and offers a bedroom (1.80 x 2.00 m double bed) and a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 2 more people. In addition, a folding mattress (0.70 x 1.90 m) and / or a cot can be set up.

Upon request, we can - depending on availability - a holiday apartment with another 4 beds in the opposite house (in about 6 meters away) convey.

A new high-quality kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, a bathroom with shower and a large living / dining room with floor to ceiling windows in front of the south-facing balcony with a 4 m wide awning belong to the apartment. All windows are provided with blinds.

Winter season stay

Beautiful place, I felt very cosy and at home. Will be coming here in the future for sure. The host is very helpful and kind. Amenities were all high class. Very comfortable stay, can not recommend it enough!

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Sollte man vielleicht erwähnen, dass das Bett an einer Seite fest an der Wand steht und an der anderen Seite nur ein ganz schmaler Gang ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört, obwohl wir auch schon jenseits der 70 sind. Aber wer nicht beweglich ist, nicht empfehlenswert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. Es hat uns super gut gefallen und wir haben tolle Wanderungen gemacht.

We hebben een fijne week gehad in dit appartement. Alles was in ruime mate aanwezig. Was ook netjes en schoon. Wij waren deze dagen de enige in het gebouw. De laatste nacht waren er in een ander appartement ook gasten. Toen merkten we dat het gebouw toch wel gehorig was.Wij hadden prachtig weer en konden daardoor heerlijk wandelen. Verder was er helaas weinig te bezoeken in deze omgeving van bijvoorbeeld een kasteel.

Prima locatie om tot rust te komen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De sleutel zit in een kastje met code. Hoe en wat is duidelijk omschreven. Je moet een trap op met 7 treden.Vanaf een fijn balkon heb je een mooi uitzicht over een dal.

Es war ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende anläßlich des 50. Geburtstag meines Partners.Wir hatten von der Buchung bis zur Abreise einen sehr guten und freundlichen Kontakt zu der Vermieterin.Es gab sogar von der Vermieterin eine Geburtstagsüberraschung.die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, hat einen kleinen aber schönen Balkon, von dem man einen sehr schönen Blick in die Natur hat, hier haben wir Abends noch die Sonne genossen.Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt, große Auswahl an Gewürzen, Kaffee und Tee etc.Ebenso hatten wir bei der Sauberkeit auch nichts zu bemängel. Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden.Wir konnten von der Wohnung aus direkt Wanderungen unternehmen. Wer sich eine "Kleine Auszeit" nehmen will, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig, umgeben von Ruhe und Natur.Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.Danke liebe Andrea, dass wir hier sein durften.Nicol und Paul aus Duisburg

Wunderbare Auszeit!

Mein Partner und ich haben eine rundum gelungene Auszeit verbracht. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Begeistert waren wir insbesondere von der Küche, die allen Kochfans alle Möglichkeiten bereithält. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Balkon, der einen fantastischen Blick in die Natur ermöglicht. Schließlich ist noch die äusserst freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin zu erwähnen. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen und wir würden immer wieder gerne herkommen!
