Villa in Winterberg with Sauna & Near Ski Area

This luxurious, modern, detached villa is located in the beautifully situated holiday park Ferienpark Winterberg. It is approx. 500 m from the ski area and approx. 1 km from the pleasant centre of Winterberg.

The villa is furnished in a comfortable, attractive and complete way and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a TV and a nice wood stove in the living room. Ideal for colder days. The luxurious open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and an oven. There also is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find three more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and a nice sauna. Here you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. All beds are single box-spring beds in a 2-person setup.

The villa is surrounded by a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is a storage room where you can store skis and/or bicycles. There is parking space for one car in the vicinity of the villa.

At holiday park Ferienpark Winterberg, four different types of cottages and holiday homes are offered for four to twelve people.

The deposit only applies to groups (other than a family) and is € 100 per person.
