Our fully restored house has been refurbished with great attention to detail. The holiday flat extends over the first and second floors and is now available for new tenants. It features a large, fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, an open-plan living and dining area, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower). The flat has its own entrance through the adjoining garden with a garden shed, where skis and bicycles can be stored safely. There is also a large terrace on the first floor. Dogs are welcome (for an additional fee). However, due to the multiple staircases, the house is not barrier-free. An ideal holiday home for guests looking for plenty of space, comfort and a lovingly furnished temporary home.

The holiday apartment is located in the idyllic village of Silbach, a quiet district of Winterberg in the Hochsauerland region. Surrounded by mountains, forests and clear air, Silbach is ideal for nature lovers, hikers and those seeking peace and quiet. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start right on the doorstep, e.g. to Kahler Asten or Renautal. In winter, you can reach the Winterberg ski lift carousel in about 15 minutes by car – perfect for skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing. Cross-country skiing trails and snow hiking trails are also easily accessible. In the village itself, there are two cosy restaurants and a small family-run shop for your daily needs. The town of Winterberg, with further shopping facilities, cafés and leisure activities, is only 5 km away. Whether summer or winter, Silbach offers peace and quiet, nature and an ideal starting point for sporting or relaxing days in the Sauerland.
