I checked in this place on AUG 1, 2025. I had two room reservations. One of our rooms was a totally different room than I originally booked and was told it was an upgrade because the room I originally booked with a sofa sleeper didn’t exist any longer. I didn’t understand why the upgraded room was still more than my other room reservation when it was the same exact room. Apparently it was more because of a bigger vanity which made no sense. The room my kids were staying in had a bad toilet and we brought to their attention nobody came to fix the toilet until the last day we had the room. We were told to come down and grab a plunger by front desk. Stay away from the free breakfast, it’s disgusting and unsanitary and people were grabbing the bagels and breads with their hands since there were no tongs. I even seen one person touch the bread and not want it and put it right back. The hotel smelled and it’s dingy.

The Best Western was one of the hotels I've stayed in. It was very old, rusty, and dusty. The TV couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. Thankfully, I was only there for two days; I couldn't wait to leave that disappointing hotel. I can't believe I paid more than $500 for this experience. I would recommend staying away from this hotel at all costs.

I had read the reviews and they were better than the water parks that we were looking at. It was definitely an older hotel that needed some work but our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very busy and they had trouble keeping up with the people but the food was your typical hotel breakfast but it was good! We loved the passes to Noah’s Arc, it definitely saved us some money! We would stay here again, it was quiet and easy to get around town, far enough away from everything that we weren’t smack dab in the middle of everything.

The sink didn’t drain. The handle to the door nearest our room was broken and the door was propped open to the outside at all times. There was also so blood (presumably from someone changing the sheets and not noticing they had a cut) on the side of the mattress cover

The front desk staff tried to charge me at check in $153 and I already prepaid Expedia $118. The pool is really nice and fun, not many places in the Midwest offer an outdoor pool! We prepaid for a balcony room but were given a “poolside” room. The view was poor and unkept and you still have to walk through the hotel to get to the pool.
