The furniture was old, scarred, and the table was unstable, loose legs.. No microwave in room, but was listed on my booking., Sink faucet with Delta faucet was very difficult to pull up to turn on. I am 81 and don't have a lot of hand strength. Reported loose toilet seat-nothing was done. Reported no microwave-nothing done or offered. The carpet was not vacuumed for 2 days.

Unfortunate Mess

I have stayed here many times and has always been VG. This time not so much. The elevator was broken and of course my room was on the 3rd floor. I have medical issues and fought the stairs.When I room returned yesteday evening my room keys didn't work because the woman who checked me in only coded the keys for one night not two. I went down to the desk but no one there. Sign said to call a number. I called it 6 times and let it ring through 6 times until it disconnected me. A woman showed up like 10-15 minutes time to get me new keys. Then it was another struggle with the stairs. I go to Baraboo several times a year on business. I may look for another place to stay next trip
