The stay started off good, the desk clerk was fine with my family having our emotional support animal. I called the front desk to get more towels but never got an answer, so I had to go down. The pool was exceptionally small, and uninviting. After a decent stay the business came four days after check out to charge me for the pet. No call, no email, no nothing, just a bill. When I called back to get an understanding of why I was charged, the manager was rude, and nasty with me over the phone.
