You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Extremely private. No neighbors in sight. 5 acres of woods.
Hickory Hill — your own log lodge on 5 private hilltop acres, 8 min from the downtown Dells. Six bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Rec room with couches and games. Massive deck over open field, hot tub coming soon, fire pit for long nights.
Good coffee, comfy beds, Starlink Wi-Fi throughout.
Close enough to the Dells for everything it's known for. Far enough away that none of that noise follows you home.
The whole home is yours. 5 private acres. You will not be bothered.
Garage, storage shed and storage closets are the only off limits areas as we use them for storage.
Other things to note
Sleeping is flexible enough for a big group or two families together:
- two kings,
- two queens
- a bunk room set up with two full-over-twin bunks
- there's also a sixth room that works as a bonus flex space — office, quiet room, whatever you need it for.
The beds themselves are genuinely comfortable.
Downstairs, the rec room has a large couch, TV with Roku and DVD player (and an awesome DVD collection), and a pool table.

Good coffee is set up and ready to go:

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
- cover the hot tub
- wash all dishes + start dishwasher if necessary (our cleaner will charge extra if dishes are left dirty)
- make sure windows are closed
- turn off gas grill tanks if they were used
Lock the deadbolt from the inside of the living room, and then leave through the front door on the first floor. Press the lock button. Done!
Throw all trash away, in the recycling and trash bins at the end of drive way. Only use the bins labeled “Pellitteri”
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
