Even do they were sings about not smoking people were using the vapes on the outside parks . Also did not like that the indoor park is closed at 7 pm it should open till 9 or 10 pm other resorts in the area have the indoor parks open till 11pm.

They told me I was only allowed two pillows extra. We had five people in the room. Otherwise we didn’t need them for anything else. Found an open closet to get extra towels.

Loved the Waterpark. My Grandson is a special needs. It's the first park we stayed were It's padded so he can play in. All 3 of my Grandchildren Loved the slides and roll coasters.

The room is a good size for the cost, the maintenance of it is questionable the counter tops looks dirty the AC was not functioning properly upon expecting it i took the filter off and it was layered with dirt as though it was never cleaned. The bathroom was clean enough but there was used toilet paper roll.

I don't know if there is a limit but here goes.... Francis (at check in) was amazing! Great worker! Very friendly. The rooms on the other hand. Yeah. I don't recommend! They r old and smelly. I thought it was a Hotel. But it's definitely a Motel. Beds are so old I hear the box springs and they make weird noises. Building is run down. Rugs dirty. Smells like cigarettes. And can you believe that in our current technolological era, they would have something so basic as having USB plugs on the outlets. Nope. NOTHING. The nice thing is getting into the parks unlimited. And allow ppl to tip w cards not just cash. Would I stay there again. Probably not. The picture are def photoshopped

Very outdated. Missed the simple coffee pot and ironer. It would have been nice to have a coffee vending machine in lobby. Two good things, our tv was not working and maintenance did come within the hour to fix the issue, and any calls to guests services were answered within minutes

We left a day early! The room was dirty and had cobwebs in every corner of the room including the shower. Some even had dead insects in them. There was a huge fly problem. Probably from the gaps between the door and the door frame. Not very sturdy or secure for being the outside door. Wrist bands did not work on property for purchases. Had to call the hotel several times throughout the days to try to make purchases. It was advised free access to parks with stay but was charged $179 for “resort fees” but they could not clarify what that was for on top of charges for parking. Purchased prepackaged food at the park that was 2 days past expiration. Charged over $1000 for a 3 night stay was excessive. Would not stay there again. Pool area on property was nice, but that was it.
