They put us in the building farthest from the waterpark with no direction on where to park so had to walk the whole building to find our room. The beds were so lumpy and one was caved in by the head. The only plus thing is the refrigerator worked unlike the last time. Never again!

The 2 rooms were very beat up the trim on one door was bent drastically. The refused to program all the wristbands to both room #s so we were consistently having people not being able to open their door. I got 2 rooms that sleep 7 so we could get 14 wristbands for all the birthday kids they only gave us 10 bands and said I had to pay $25 per person per night for the rest absolutely insane. Than there were really drunk people next door to us that ended up fighting with someone and the cops were called for the 2nd time, the first being an incident with a smashed up vehicle that got surrounded by police. All this while I'm trying to have family and friends together for my 11 year old twin daughters birthday. It absolutely sucked! Mt Olympus used to be nice and a good atmosphere now it just seems like the slums and employees could care less as one maid threw a stack of pizza boxes on the floor right in front of us. I swear they have all the foreign students deal with the problems and they just say they don't understand, I wouldn't go back there again if u paid me. Also there was a lady in the lobby yelling at staff for roaches she found in 2 rooms.

Room was nice it's alittle different because you assume you're staying in the hotel with the water park but instead staying down the street in a motel. But it was nice clean.

Absolutely terrible, no WiFi, small water park only for the kids. Nothing to do for solo adults.things might be different in the summer but this time around it’s so boring. They should have WiFi in their rooms and should offer adults access to water parks.

We were in building 10. The lock on the door of the main building was broken so you didn't need to scan your wrist band to get in. The place in is urgent need of a refresh - it's looking pretty old and tired.

Check in was smooth - Happiness (the lady who checked us in) was very friendly We were in building one room 10126. The room was nice but it was very close to the arcade so you could hear the music all night. Next time I would definitely ask for a different room.

This hotel was OK for the price. Feels very old. Don't stay here for comfort, but for the location and the great price with the park tickets included. Beds were not comfortable and the bunk beds are for very small children. I would not get a bunk bed room for any child over the age of 8-10.

Very bad. Had a couple arguing all night screaming while security did nothing and my 9 month old, 8 & 5 year old were kept up all night because of there arguing & security didn’t handle it professionally. That long from 2am to 6am is very ridiculous

We have always stayed at the Wilderness Resort, and had a couple days extra, so we thought we would try out Mt. Olympus. The new Medusa Slidewheel in the indoor waterpark was great! As well as The Parthenon, the indoor theme park. However, we did not like having to drive to the different resort attractions.
