We asked for our bedding to be changed for the second day nobody even got back to us there was sort stains on sheets garbage in the corners on the side of the bed. Refrigerator didn't work properly. I will not ever be returning. This is our 4 time this summer and every time something was wrong.

Get new clean furniture vacuum the carpets in the resorts in the halls especially. The buildings to the rooms were not locked this is a safety issue

Stay away!

The sink didn't drain. The shower/tub didn't drain. There was a cockroach crawling on the sink in the morning. Doors and walls were super thin so we could hear everything from the other patrons.

We stayed two nights and right when we got to the room we notice an awful smell( like when they clean with dirty rags) I also notice dust and sticky floors. During our stay we did not get any maintenance we only got clean towels bc we requested them at the front desk. Also we reserved for two rooms and they gave my family a room in a different building which was an inconvenience bc we only had one car. Even after explaining this to the reseptionist at the front seat he refused to put us all in the same building. He also failed to inform us that the outside water park was closed for the season, we found out once at the park. Only the Indoor waterpark was open and only about 2-3 rides were open at the amusement park. Again this wasn’t notified to us at the time of booking and neither at the time of check in, mt Olympus used to be one of the best resorts to stay in Wisconsin dells now I believe they have so many buildings it’s hard for them to keep up With all of them. I feel scammed . Despite it all we tried to make the best of our stay but it was no thanks to establishment or their staff.
