There was kids running though the hallways playing, knocking on room doors. We reported it over 3 times to the front desk staff, nothing happened. I also have yet to receive my incidental fee back and never received a receipt upon check out. I was told to drop the cards in the box on the counter. I wouldn’t recommend this property

I prefer staying here over some of the other waterpark hotels in the area because it’s cleaner, and there are more amenities. Our family of 6 can share a 2-Br with a kitchen instead of getting two rooms elsewhere that are hopefully connected or near one another. They always do a great job here, and free breakfast is a plus.

Every time I go to the dells I try to find a new hotel to check out to see which one is my favorite this is my top 3! They are so clean, great staff, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were so nice and clean and love that space. It’s walkable distance to the mall and a few restaurants

My family and I really loved the place. Friendly guest services and all the staff. They handed out pamphlets at check-in which it really helps us plan most of our trip. Our room suite was VERY CLEAN and NEAT. We love the dining area very clean and food was great. Overall experience was EXCELLENT!
