We stayed in a suite that was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of seven. The separate living and sleeping areas made it easy to accommodate our kids’ different bedtimes. The full kitchen was a huge bonus — having a full-size fridge, stovetop, sink, dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes and utensils made meals quick and convenient. All the beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out couch our boys slept on. The bathrooms were clean and well-kept, and the entire hotel felt quiet and relaxing throughout our stay. The courtyard was a great feature, with yard games and a basketball court that our kids really enjoyed. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the guest laundry, pool/spa, and workout room were nice amenities to have available.

Overall great stay

Internet access was decent, slow sometimes. Food options around it was great, they were very strict about the timeframe in which they closed down to breakfast and Monday through Wednesday snack buffet in the evening and the breakfast options could be healthier. Transport very easy as well. Was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well put together.

Great Stay

Excellent stay! The room was perfect for my husband and I and our 8 month old. Full sized fridge and separate bedroom was great! Lots of space. Breakfast was much better than a typical hotel continental breakfast, was very good and lots of options. Staff was friendly amd we highly recommend this hotel!

One of the best places we have stayed. We are Hyatt Premium Club Owners and this was comparable to our home resort villas. Our bedroom was large enough to turn around my mobility scooter. We loved the extra room this hotel provided. Especially for someone who is handicap. It is definitely better than any of the Hyatt hotels and we’ve stayed at all of them. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and happy hour was a huge bonus with free drinks on Mon-Wed. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. We will always look for a Staybridge hotel instead of using our membership to stay at Hyatt.

Great stay. Location was perfect for enjoying time at Great Wolf Lodge (we could walk there) and the Kalahari Resort. The room was nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable.
