Welcome to our freshly remodeled studio in Chula Vista, Wisconsin Dells! Enjoy two full-size beds and pull-out full-size sofa bed, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. Conveniently located on the first floor, this privately owned and managed studio is in the heart of vacation country, close to all the exciting attractions. Perfect for a solo escape or a couple's retreat, experience comfort in one of Wisconsin's premier destinations.

Located in the heart of vacation country, our beautifully updated condo offers the perfect home base for your Wisconsin Dells adventure. Although this condo is privately owned and not associated with Chula Vista resorts, you’ll still enjoy a fully renovated space with all the comforts of home, and optional access to resort amenities like the water park and golf can be purchased separately at the front desk.

Guest have access to the entire unit. Private entrance. No need to stop at the front counter head right over to Golf Villa 5 (Building D, follow the signs)

If the signs aren't up here are some old school directions. GPS will not take you to the exact building.

- Look for the sign off of WIS-13 and turn onto Chula Vista Parkway.
- At the stop sign, turn right and continue down Chula Vista Parkway.
- Drive 0.4 miles to the next stop sign, which is River Rd. Turn right onto River Rd.
- Continue down River Rd until you reach the first set of buildings on the right.
- Turn into the parking lot.
- Drive past the first building and continue straight.
- Veer right until you reach the next building.

Parking:
- Continue until the end of the driveway and park. You should be at building D.
- The front door will read "Golf Villas 5."
Enter the front door, take a left, and head down the hallway to door 7129.


PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
This privately managed condo is located within Chula Vista Resort; however, reservations made through us do not include water park passes. At this time, Chula Vista Resort is not offering day passes to non-resort guests, so waterpark access cannot be purchased separately during your stay.

If waterpark access is an important part of your trip, you may want to consider nearby alternatives. Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park often offers day passes starting around $20, Great Wolf Lodge offers day passes for approximately $55, and Kalahari Resort offers day passes for around $99. Availability and pricing may vary.

Additionally, please keep in mind that outdoor pools and outdoor waterpark attractions in Wisconsin Dells are seasonal, typically operating from Memorial Day through Labor Day, depending on weather and resort operating schedules.

Guests have complimentary access to:
* Golf Villa Spa hot tub, located behind Building C
(monitored by video surveillance)


Pet Policy:
Up to 2 dogs are allowed, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. Please include your pet(s) in the reservation and ensure they are well-behaved during your stay. Additional house rules for pets may apply.

Rental Agreement Notice:
Guests are required to review and sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement includes important house rules and stay policies. Booking this property confirms that you agree to review and complete the rental agreement before your stay. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of the reservation.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Wisconsin Dells condo is smoke free.
