Bed was comfortable, slept like a baby Pool room definitely needs some paint, whirlpool was OK and sauna did not work. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain very well. Breakfast was good but subpar as there was no meat or eggs, just waffles, dry cereal, and muffins.

Booked for my husbands birthday get there lot is covered in snow and ice there were parties in the pool area the whole time we were there when we did get a chance there was a group in tge hot tub with a case beer and big bottle of tequila and the pool area itself was dirty kids were running halls all night till 2am both nights halls were freezing room was ice cold when got in it heat was off its January not June rooms were clean and beds we re comfy

I was sent a pre check in to do. It said it would make things faster when I got to the hotel. I filled it out and got a message on my phone saying it was done. When I got to the hotel they said they didn't get anything, so I had to do it all at the hotel again. So what was the point of it?
