If you like walking from your room to the front desk hall every time you want a cup of coffee/tea or warm up your food, this hotel is for you. This hotel is also for you if you don’t mind using mounted on the wall squeezable tubes with soap & lotion, which you end getting a LOT in your hands. I don’t know if these tubes get disinfected after previous guests. The hotel is clean, and personnel is friendly. Appreciate the hospitality.

Hidden gem in the Wisconsin Dells. The staff are all fantastic, the rooms are spaceaous and very clean. Would stay here again.

Great modern hotel

The hotel is very nice and clean. The front desk staff are friendly and informative. There is no actual closet in the rooms but I've seen other hotels like this and with the rack and other little hanging knobs on the wall, it wasn't an issue. I love the squeeze bottle soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was typical, nothing special. The coffee was great!

We called ahead and got confirmation that an early checkin was approved. Once we arrived, the fromt desk attendant appeared frazzled and the housekeeping person on he walkie was notably miffed. We waited an hour before our room was ready after a lengthy drive and cranky kids, I expected our room to be ready, or, the staffer to just give us a different room. I'm dissappinted about the lengthy wait time.

Great for the business traveler

We had a conference at the Kalahari and chose Tru because it was close, brand new, and likely wouldn't smell like chlorine. We also imagined it would have fewer children and vacationers and therefore might be quieter. It delivered on all fronts. Squeaky clean spaces, friendly and efficient staff, spacious rooms, and although I didn't partake, the breakfast looked like it had a wide variety of options.
