Schöne Ferienwohnung - miserabler Service

Schöne neue Ferienwohnung mit ansprechender Größe. Beim Check-in wurden wir gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass bei der Abnahme der FeWo die Spülmaschine ausgeräumt und die Mülleimer geleert sein müssen. Einen Abnahmetermin „durften“ wir uns zwischen 09:00 - 11:00 Uhr aussuchen. Das hatten wir in dieser Form noch nicht. Die FeWo liegt an der Hafenspitze mit super Aussicht. Der Platz davor ist repräsentativ und wird stark frequentiert. Tags über nutzen viele Besucher die unterhalb der Loggia liegenden Stufen für eine Pause, abends einige Jugendliche. Da es im April abends noch empfindlich kalt ist, war ab ca.23:30 Uhr Schluss. Durch die Glasfassade der Loggia hat man einen super Blick, sitzt aber anderseits auch etwas auf dem Präsentierteller. Die FeWo hat einen großen Wohn- Essbereich mit neuen Möbeln. Geschirr ist scheinbar ausreichend vorhanden, gekocht haben wir aber nicht. Die Loggia ist groß, hat schöne Rattan Möbel und etwas für Sonnenanbeter. Beschattungsmöglichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden, was dem ab und zu auftretenden Wind gestundet ist. Die elektrischen Rollläden sollte man tagsüber bei entsprechender Sonneneinstrahlung schließen, da sich die Wohnung sonst aufheizt. Das Schlafzimmer ist in Ordnung, warum der Fernseher dort schief hängt weiß ich nicht. Das Badezimmer ist etwas armselig. Schön wäre hier eine ebenerdige, begehbare Dusche. Auf das Fliesen der Wände hat man auch verzichtet. Der einzige Spiegel der Wohnung ist über dem Waschbecken noch hinter einem Versprung an der Mauer angebracht. Zu klein und zu weit weg. Für meine Frau jeden Morgen ein absolutes Ärgernis. Zusätzlich kam ein Defekt der Badentlüftung dazu. Mit Einschalten des Lichtes (fensterloses Badezimmer) dröhnte dieser in mehreren Stufen, teilweise so laut, dass man den Fernseher im Wohnbereich auf maximale Lautstärke stellen musste, um überhaupt etwas zu verstehen. Der Lüfter läuft natürlich ca. 25 min. nach Ausschalten nach. Der Mangel wurde mehrfach bei der Immobilienfirma angezeigt. Nach der erneuten Anzeige am dritten Tag ging die Firma auf Tauchstation und meldete sich nicht mehr - auch bis heute nicht. Am fünften Tag, einem Tag vor unserer Abreise, wurde uns angeboten, dass irgendwann am Nachmittag eine Firma zur Reparatur vorbeikommen könnte. Darauf haben wir verzichtet. Sicherlich ist es schwierig an Sonn- und Feiertagen entsprechende Firmen vorzuhalten. Einen Notdienst sollte man doch vorhalten, wenn man sich selber als anspruchsvolle Appartementanlage sieht.
