Beautiful 2 Bedroom Period Cottage

We are delighted to present this stunning 350 year old cottage, which retains some original features, including wooden beams and sloping ceilings upstairs and offers 2 living rooms, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large enclosed garden.

Perfect for guests looking for a traditional stay in a period property. Located a short distance from Witham. There is a golf club nearby and to the rear of the property a wooded area. There are also a number of restaurants within an easy drive and the nearest beach is 20 minutes drive.
Please note due to the layout of this property there is a step into the kitchen and each bedroom is accessed by a separate staircase so may not be suitable for families with young children or those who have difficulty with stairs.

The property offers 2 separate living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for dining leading into the well maintained garden.

The first double bedroom is located on the first floor accessed via the staircase from the centre of the cottage and has an en-suite shower room. The second double bedroom is located via the second staircase and has a separate family bathroom.

Off road parking is available. The property is located on a country road so there may be some road noise at times.

There is a golf club locally which is open to non members. Witham is approximately a 7 minute drive from the property, where you will find a range of amenities.
