This is a well located, dog friendly, townhouse on a quiet estate (built in 2008), 3 minutes from Marriots Walk shopping centre with Marks and Spencers, restaurants and Cineworld leading into the town centre.

The nearest bus stop is a 6 minute walk with regular, direct buses to Oxford, Woodstock (for Blenheim Palace), Burford and more. The Farmers Dog (Jeremy Clarkson's pub) is a 10 minute drive.

The house has two parking spaces and there is other on street parking on the estate too.

The house is over 3 storeys, the ground floor has a cloakroom with W/C, a well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room and garden.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed with a fitted wardrobe and the other has two single beds with storage under the bed. There is a family bathroom with a shower that runs from the bath taps, over the bath.

The second floor has a bedroom with a king size bed, two fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower with a shower cubicle.

The garden has a raised deck and paved patio with a small grassed section. It is fully enclosed with 6ft fencing. It will be receiving some TLC when the weather improves in Spring.
